I can't survive without strong leadership, because without the leadership, how are our teams going to know how to be effective in their workplace? It's really important to be able to recognize everybody that does the hard work every single day behind the scenes.

Absolutely delighted, worked hard for it, so delighted to have won. I think it shows that we take leadership and teamwork seriously. There's no “I” in the team.
